The first time you contact AA Robotics with a support query, we will respond with an email.
The support system will generate a ticket on your behalf. This ticket will update you on our responses, status changes to your tickets and you can still send us replies.
This will also allow you to read FAQ's, how-to’s and discuss ideas / problems etc. on the community forum.
